Privacy
Short version: no accounts, no database, nothing sold.
Saved in your browser
To save retyping, the calculators remember your state, home value, plan timeline and selected projects in your browser's localStorage. It never leaves your device unless you use the AI advisor.
The AI advisor
If you click "Write my plan", we send your selected projects, their estimates, your region, home value, timeline and any note you typed to our server, which passes them to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to write the plan. We do not store the request. Don't include names, addresses or other personal details in the note.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or build advertising profiles.
